Quality policy

As part of Neuroinova’s certification process for ISO 9001 and ISI 13485, a Quality Management System (QMS) was implemented. Neuroinova’s Quality Policy is based on the following principles:

  • The Quality Policy defined by Management establishes that the company should be seen as synonymous of Quality, Innovation, and Safety in the development of medical devices. To achieve this objective, we will use our QMS ensuring that:
    • We will work diligently to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers, providing them with safe products of the highest quality standards, as well as high-quality services that meet and, if possible, exceed their most demanding needs and expectations;
    • We will contribute to the advancement of health research by providing excellent quality products, high-quality clinical services, and advanced technology;
    • We will ensure compliance with all EN ISO 9001 standards, EN ISO 13485 standard, and the requirements of EU Regulation 745/2017. We must also ensure compliance with all applicable harmonized standards, legal and ethical requirements;
  • At NEUROINOVA we believe that continuous improvement will be the key to our success, therefore:
    • We will combine efforts in the area of ​​research to develop innovative products;
    • We will combine efforts to provide high-quality services;
    • We will provide our employees with ongoing training and the best working conditions, as a way to ensure improvements in the effectiveness of NEUROINOVA;
    • We will maintain the framework and review of all quality objectives and the QMS itself;
  • To ensure people are aware of the status and evolution of this policy, it is analyzed during the QMS review and may be modified, when necessary, to better align with the System.
